Reformed Hip Hop Artist Raps with Sound Biblical Doctrine and Conviction

Except guilty pleasures in a form of a geek-core rapper I do not care much for hip hop. Worst t is the sorry state of Christian music, ether we have lame knockoffs of a current pop star or trend  or narcissistic pulp mantra. Even the Creators of South Park sees the sham of Contemporary Christian Music:

While I was listening to my favorite show, Fighting for the Faith, I was introduced to  Jovan MacKenzy a former member of a word of faith church and christian rapper who walked away his church and record label when he started examining the scripture and realize the preaching did not line up with scripture.

Recently Mr. MacKenzy released a new album; The Narrow Road: Famine. The best of all he giving it away for free, still there is a button for donation.  One unique song is Triune God, Here he is able defend the doctrine of the trinity with sound biblical doctrine while in rime.

On a side note, Jovan MacKenzy demonstrates it not about beat or style but all about contentment.
